I Built This Program Because I Needed It First
A few years ago, I hit my breaking point.
I was burnt out.
Running a business, constantly grinding, trying to make something of myself…
But behind the scenes? I was crumbling.
I felt pressure every single day - to be the provider, the leader, the one who had it all together.
But inside, I felt like a failure.
I wasn’t happy in my body.
I wasn’t proud of how I was showing up.
And even though I was helping other people… I was losing myself.
I didn’t tell anyone how bad it got.
The weight gain. The body image issues.
The nights I’d spiral and question everything.
There were days I didn’t want to wake up.
Days where the pressure felt unbearable.
And I convinced myself:
“This is just what sacrifice looks like.”
“Other people are allowed to thrive - not me.”
“I’ll feel better once things calm down.”
But they never did.
Until I realized the problem wasn’t just my habits -
It was the story I kept telling myself.
That I had to suffer to succeed.
That taking care of myself was selfish.
That I didn’t deserve to feel good in my body until I’d “earned it.”
